Return Policy
We offer 14 days return policy if your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, not working, or wrong item.
Note– There are some items Sold as non-working or untested. these items are not returnable. The information is Stated on each listing. Do make sure you read all advert information and descriptions before purchase.
Return instruction
STEP 1:
Send a Complaint
Also include pictures of the product that was delivered to return@weloveused.co.uk as a means of evidence.
STEP 2:
Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
STEP 3:
Track Return Status
We will send you a return tracking number, this will enable you to track the status of your return.
STEP 4:
Get Resolution
As soon as we receive it, and all checked and confirmed as same item, all look right, we will refund immediately. And you will receive your refund within 48 hours
Please make sure all items to be returned are well Packed, to avoid damage along the way. If the item returned is used, damaged, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t Packaged correctly, we might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
In the case, the item arrived with a minor scratch or anything not listed on the item before purchase, and the buyer is happy to keep it, we can offer a partial refund and let you keep them
Misuse of returns Activity that is not allowed includes the following;
- Falsely claiming an Item was not as described
- Using or damaging an item and then returning it
- Returning an item other than the original item received.
- Claiming an item was not received when there is proof of delivery to the buyer order details.
- Filing a chargeback after receiving a refund
We will take action if you engage in any of the activity as described above like blocking buyer from never buying from us again and taking other actions.
